Tips for First Time Home Buyers

*This page is currently a work in progress.*  You will always get your best tips and advice from me face to face or on the phone.  Basically ,it is best given case by case. Buying a home for the first time can be scary if you don't know what you are doing and don't have good help.

First thing I can tell you is to collect a few good mortgage contact referrals and get in touch with them. You want to make sure you are on the right track, even several  months before you are ready to buy, and no one can help you do that better than they can.  If you don't know any just ask me. I am like a living real estate phone book, among MANY other things. We will become good friends soon too, unless you don't want another friend. Point is, your Realtor is someone you need to trust and build a relationship with so that you are both on the same page and the process goes smooth and ends in success for all.

Come back here soon for more tips but until then please call, text or email me anytime! I pride myself in quick communication and being there when you need me. Time is of the essence in real estate for all parties involved! (That is a learning experience too but I can explain that later.)

For now you can also ask me about receiving listings in your inbox that match your criteria right as they come on the market without you having to constantly search for them; price changes too!

Following good advice will be rewarding in the long run...like having that first batch of hot crawfish of the season, but better!
